Not to be confused with 'computer support' - we do not supply or fix computer hardware issues.

If there's one problem with training courses it's that they are not 'real'. They are not your own computer, not your own data and not real situations - although we do our best to make them as real as possible,

We are therefore keen to support you after your training course, addressing your real user issues, to help you really get the best out of your software, and so shortening the learning curve. Options are:
  • email / telephone support - many questions following training can be dealt with
  • onsite support - we can come to you to spend time addressing your issues as you translate what you've learnt on the course into your own environment
  • consultancy - there is little point in spending time and money in learning something you only need to do once, so we can do it for you. We can be your 'ad hoc experts' - there when you need help and not when you don't.
