Selling your business? What's its value? Small and growing businesses often exist by knowledge being held in the heads of their employees. But if your employees move on, that knowledge moves with them, and is lost to you. Increase the value of your business by documenting business processes properly and use and review them regularly. This also means that as you employ more people they can refer to the 'Operations Manual' rather than relying on information being passed on verbally, when something important may get forgotten or missed.

Sadly, I see over and over again that even though computers have been in our offices for over 20 years, we're still not efficient in the way we use them. Frustration, inappropriate setup and use are all major time wasters - and time wasted equals money wasted - equals lower profits.
